📢 Help Us Hold Bamboo Health Accountable—Submit a Comment to the FDA!

🚨 NarxCare is secretly scoring patients, leading to prescription denials, forced tapers, and even refusal of medical care. The Doctor Patient Forum has filed an FDA Citizen Petition demanding transparency, oversight, and regulation of this dangerous system.

🛑 Now, we need YOU to take action. The FDA is accepting public comments until May 11, 2025—and your voice matters! The more comments we submit, the more pressure we put on the FDA to act.

Step 4: Write Your Comment
Your comment does not have to be long or technical. Just speak from the heart and explain why the FDA must regulate NarxCare.

💡 Important Notes When Writing Your Comment:

  • You DO NOT need to select a comment category. Simply leave it blank and proceed.
  • Keep the focus on PDMP and NarxCare harms.
  • If you have personal experience with NarxCare, please include it.
  • You don’t need to tell your entire pain or illness story. Instead, focus on why NarxCare is unfair and how it has impacted your access to care—or how it could impact your care and you wouldn't even know. The most powerful comments highlight specific ways that:
    • Patients cannot see or challenge their scores, which affects their ability to get needed care.
    • Doctors don’t know how these scores are calculated, yet they rely on them for medical decisions.
    • NarxCare needs to be transparent and regulated to ensure patients are treated fairly.

📌 Key Points to Consider Including in Your Comment:

  • NarxCare is being used to deny necessary medical care without transparency.
  • Patients cannot see or challenge their scores, unlike credit reports.
  • Doctors rely on these scores, even though they have not been clinically validated.
  • Pharmacists use NarxCare to refuse prescriptions, even when legally written by a doctor.
  • People in pain, including those on stable opioid therapy, are suffering because of NarxCare.
